Exchanges and Returns

You can return products received within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. You can choose whether to receive a shopping coupon or refund net of shipping costs (shipping costs will be at your expense unless the return is due to our sending error).

The refund will be issued when the return arrives in our warehouses and following a product check.

For safety reasons, make sure all returns are sent via a traceable parcel. Eizo assumes no responsibility for items lost during the journey.

USEFUL TIPS

Products should not be used before being returned, except for the size test. Products must be returned in original packaging and packaging.
Products that do not meet these parameters will not be accepted.
We accept the return of all products except intimate products such as mouthguards and suspenders even if worn only for size test.
Please also note that Eizo undertakes to process the return within 3 days of receipt. When the return process begins, you will be notified by email.
